Books
One of the few positive things that came out of the accident is that it turned me into an author. Getting back to using the computer was a real battle, but once I managed it, I dove into writing my memoirs. The result is an honest and entertaining book, that I hope serves to motivate and inspire people living with brain injuries and their families. Later on, I co-wrote another book with my father, Dennis Noyes. It’s full of stories and unforgettable moments from our time as journalists and racers. Now I’m working on my first novel.

Praises
- “His book offers a glimpse into a view of life that only people who have faced equally dramatic and extreme situations have experienced”. ― Juan Pedro de la Torre, El Confidencial Newspaper
- “Kenny’s story will be appealing to motorcycle enthusiasts, but above all, it is an essential read for those who want to know what waking up from a coma is like”. ― Javier Sanchez, El Mundo Newspaper
- “Kenny tries to be just another person, not a role model—he doesn’t aim for that. Yet those who have read his book and share his experience appreciate the support he offers”. ― Emilio Perez de Rozas, El Periódico
- “Kenny Noyes spent 17 days in a deep coma at Glasgow Level 3, the most severe on the scale. When he finally opened his eyes, he hardly knew who he was or where he was. He remembered being a motorcycle racer, but not the terrible crash. He thought he was 16 years old, when in reality he was 36—and coming to terms with that was difficult. For the first six months he didn’t even recognize his wife, Iana. With her unconditional support, along with that of his parents and his brother Denny, Kenny has managed to piece together the story of these years of struggle in his first book”. ― Nadia Tronchoni, El País Newspaper
- “This book captures the challenge of returning to life after a deep coma. It includes a striking phrase that sums up his remarkable recovery: “This crash not only marked the end of my racing career, but it also gave me the chance to reset my life”. ― Elvira Gonzalez, Mundo Deportivo Newspaper
- “With this autobiography, Kenny’s goal is to help those who, like him, have suffered life-changing brain injuries that impact their own lives and the ones of their families”. ― Laura Lopez, Sport Newspaper

Motorcycle stories from Los Noyes
Dennis and Kenny Noyes had been thinking about writing together for some time. The idea was Kenny's, a few years ago, while they were talking about how difficult it is to remember experiences after the accident. In their online talks —part of their rehabilitation— they shaped this essential book for any biker. “I have had many editor-in-chief, but none as demanding and 'heavy' as my son”, Dennis jokes, remembering how Kenny even asked him to rewrite entire episodes.
